1 Product Overview
This instrument is a tipping bucket rain gauge calibrator, suitable for laboratory and on-site calibration of rain gauges.
This instrument belongs to a constant pressure quantitative water injection type rainy intensity simulator, and its technical performance meets the relevant requirements and regulations of laboratory verification injection method and on-site verification in JJG (Water Resources) 005-2017 "Departmental Metrology Verification Regulations of the Ministry of Water Resources of the People's Republic of China".
This instrument can accurately simulate three types of rainfall intensities: high, medium, and low, and quantitatively inject water into the tested equipment to test its accuracy and repeatability. This instrument can be used for factory inspection and on-site inspection of tipping bucket rain gauges, with advantages such as stable and reliable performance, easy portability, low power consumption, and simple operation methods.
2 Construction and principle
This instrument consists of 3 rainfall bottles with a capacity of 10mm and a bracket, as well as a handheld device and a graduated pipette.
When in use, remove the stainless steel outer tube of the rain gauge and place the instrument above the water funnel of the rain gauge. Connect the signal output end of the instrument to the handheld device.
This calibration instrument has a set of 3 rainfall bottles, which simulate heavy rain, moderate rain, and light rain intensity respectively.

4) Maintenance matters
A. When the leakage nozzle of the rain gauge is blocked, it should be cleaned in a timely manner.
B. After using the rain bottle, plug the leakage port with a rubber stopper to prevent dust and particles from entering the bottle and blocking the leakage port.
